Aronson has an immediate opening for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the the Business Operations Group. Reporting to the Director, this position will develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies to support business goals, drive revenue, and increase brand awareness.

Roll up your sleeves alongside the team as you influence and implement new strategies in marketing our Firm and the wide range of professional services we provide. The Senior Marketing Manager will drive both creative ideas and execution, and as such, the successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative.


  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Assist in development and lead execution of annual strategic plan to engage and nurture qualified leads and audience personas to support firm and group goals
  • Assist in budget planning, and ongoing budget management

  • Marketing Campaign Strategy & Management
  • Develop, manage, and assist in execution of all marketing campaign elements including, but not limited to, email marketing, events, content, thought leadership, digital advertising, landing pages, graphic design, web/SEO, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign production and execution, including scheduling, campaign set-up, list segmentation, deployment, and reporting
  • Track, measure and report on marketing campaign and group effectiveness to maximize reach and effectiveness and to support decision making
  • Recommend pivoting when necessary to achieve objective

  • Event Strategy & Management
  • Develop, manage, and assist in execution of events including in-person events, off- and on-site events, and webinars
  • Manage end-to-end event process from initial planning to on-site event management and post-event follow up
  • Work closely with partners to develop event strategy and define objectives

  • Marketing Systems Management
  • Maintains marketing automation tool, webinar provider, and other marketing systems
  • Implements best practices so that we have uninterrupted service and access to clean data and high-quality reporting

  • Vendor Management
  • Manage key relationships with vendors (e.g. website vendor, headshot photographer)

  • Market Research
  • Conduct market research as needed on competitors, markets, and industry developments

  • Work collaboratively with sales & marketing teams

  • Team Management
  • Effectively manage, leverage, and collaborate with marketing team to achieve goals
  • Contribute and be hands-on with all marketing elements
  • Collaborate with BD department to achieve lead generation goals

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related program
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience working with services, B2B, or in core industries Aronson serves (a plus)
  • Effectiveness in handling multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with natural attention to detail and deadlines, and project management skills

  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new skills and tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), CRMs, Marketing Automation Systems, Wordpress, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • The ability to uphold Aronson's standards of excellence in client service and professionalism
