CoStar is the owner of the Apartments.comNetwork and is the leading provider of information, marketing and analytic services to the commercial real estate and multifamily industries.  Our multifamily customers include owners, investors, property management companies and small property managers who need our information and internet listing services to help them market communities, lease vacant rental units, valuate market conditions and track competitive properties.

The Senior Manager is a critical role working to ideate, create, develop and implement a wide variety of campaigns to market the Apartments.comNetwork to multifamily communities and property management companies.  The ideal candidate is an energetic, forward-thinking, creative and detailed-oriented leader.  This position is an exciting opportunity for a proven B2B marketing manager who works quickly and efficiently on multiple projects at a time, is results-oriented, has strong time management skills, and easily interacts across departments.  This position will partner closely with Sales, Product, Events, Training, Legal and other departments to ensure every marketing campaign is meticulously completed and communicated to internal and external customers alike.

Role Overview

  • Serve as the Apartments.comNetwork’s Marketing Leader for creating and managing B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities targeted to key audiences, to include inbound marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, digital advertising and direct marketing that effectively position the apartment listing network
  • Develop and manage ideation, creative, production and implementation of compelling marketing strategies for the Apartments.com listing network
  • Work closely and professionally with key stakeholders, including marketing and sales executives, to ensure GTM objectives are clearly understood and executed accordingly
  • Lead development of GTM strategies and preparation timelines to ensure proper communication with all staff involved regarding project goals, responsibilities and shifting priorities
  • Proactively determine when the business requires additional marketing and/or sales enablement support and quickly accommodate needs
  • Create, track and manage marketing budget aligned to the goals of the business
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail while continually finding ways to improve processes to produce higher quality and more effective results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute multifamily events including Sales, Events, Facilities, IT, Legal, Accounting and others, as appropriate
  • Continually mentor, coach, and develop the skills and project contributions of  direct reports; produce team and individual goals and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Maintain exemplary relationships with external vendors and national associations and identify appropriate new business relationships, championing the most productive partnerships for the company

Roles & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership
