About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and collaborative Senior MarketingCommunications Manager to expand our content strategy, manage creation and distribution of new content that helps tell the Ondot story through digital and physical channels. This role will be responsible for working closely with product marketing, sales enablement, customer success team and the rest of corporate marketing team to build, catalog and distribute compelling content to our target personas. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about marketing and is data and results driven. Weare a small team who works in a very agile environment so we need the best and brightest to help our growing team.
•Build content strategy, manage content development and maintain content timelines and budget.
•Map content to buyer journeys to identify content gaps and work with key stakeholders. Write creative briefs and develop content to help fill those gaps
•Work with third-party analysts and research firms to commission or conduct new market research and reports.
•Manage internal and external writers, and external agencies, to deliver high quality content and promotional assets that are delivered on time and on brand.
•Act as central resource for product marketing and product management team for status on what content is in development and how it is being leveraged across all marketing channels.
•Identify, organize, plan, execute, and manage industry events that align with Ondot’s marketing strategy.
•Create winning Tier 1 events program, executing 10-12events per year. This role is responsible for design, development, and execution of event marketing plans.
•Support all aspects of event management including, evaluating and recommending events and sponsorship level, budget creation, contract negotiation, event logistics, and staffing
•Organize and lead planning meetings with internal teams such as sales, marketing, inside sales and third-party vendors.
•Manage & host events onsite to provide direction to staff, executives, partners, and customers.
•Develop and distribute result summaries andrecaps including budget and lead/ROI analysis as well as qualitative feedback to evaluate content/program/event success.
•Execute closed sales lead process, from gathering to closing, in all forms of reporting.
•Minimum of Five (5) year’s marketing communications experience with proven success in creatingcontent & events execution that deliver a high ROI.
•Superb verbal and written communication skills including proofreading, layout and design.
•Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools.
•A creative background to work with designers on booth concepts and displays, signage, and collateral.
•High-level knowledge of marketing/market research activities and procedures.
•Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, along with exceptional ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
•Abilityto influence and drive consensus. •Willingness and ability to accommodate ~10%-20% overnight travel.
