Under broad direction, responsible for facilitating continuous improvement across various operations in a business region or large facility. Supports Hoshin (structured process to align the goals of the company) deployment through creation of program/tactics and alignment of all CI activities. Manages analytical approaches and applies proven structured process improvement techniques in support of overall regional or center strategy and value chain. Develops recommendations and leads efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes supporting an operational business leader and the associated value streams in the business. Facilitates transfer of continuously improving standard practices and processes across countries or business units. Evaluates the effectiveness of operational and frontline supervisor standard work in support of the business management systems, infrastructures and management processes. Directs local training efforts to support improvement and cultural transformation. Assesses all portions of their business for Continuous Improvement (Lean) Maturity and supports growth.
Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience in Manufacturing
Candidates should have strong Leanexperience
Experience working in both high and low volume manufacturing operations
Candidates should also have management/supervisory experience
Requires completion of an undergraduatedegree in Engineering or related discipline and 7-8years experience in Lean 6 Sigma organization transformation
