Develops and executes strategies to grow the Worksite business leveraging analytics, alternative distribution channels and manages Worksite business scorecard

  • Partners with CoE and Finance to ensure a monthly Worksite Business Scorecard is produced. Reviews the Scorecard to identify any key trends or issues that should be further analyzed
  • Functions as Product Owner for the Data Analytics Tool
  • Partners with CoE, Sales, Client Management, Regional Practice Leaders and Marketing to develop and execute strategies to help cross-sell supplemental health and voluntary life to current in-force planholders
  • Partners with Sales and Regional Practice Leaders to evaluate alternate distribution channels to grow the Worksite business
  • Collaborates with Brokers, Consultants, Sales and Regional Practice Leaders on Worksite Business Development

Assists in the development and execution of Worksite Enrollment Strategies through collaboration with Sales, Client Management, Regional Practice Leaders and Enrollment Leadership. 

  • Assists in the development of turn-key worksite Enrollment strategies and accompanying solutions
  • Assists in the development of Enrollment Firm strategies and manages execution of those strategies
  • Monitors and tracks Enrollment Firm utilization
  • Supports training activities related to Enrollment Firms
  • Assists in the development of Reenrollment strategies and supports the execution of those strategies

Assists in the development and execution of Worksite Billing, Administration, Claims and Service capabilities

  • Partners with Customer Eligibility and Payment Services (CEPS) to ensure billing capabilities are implemented to meet the need of the Worksite business
  • Keeps a pulse on worksite billing platform adoption
  • Works with Finance to ensure Worksite Commissions capability gaps are defined and closed
  • Partners with New Business Benefit Services (NBBS) to ensure Worksite installation and administration capability gaps are defined and closed
  • Partners with Claims to ensure Worksite Claims related capability gaps are defined and closed

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Worksite Products who, in turn, reports to the Vice President, Group & Worksite Products.

Position Qualifications:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  Master in Business Administration or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Experience:   

  • 5+ year’s leadership experience in Group Insurance Industry.  Specific Worksite experience.   Record of success in profitable sales growth, new market channel experience a plus
