The Sr. Manager – Veeva CRM Solutions will be responsible for providing technical support for the Veeva CRM solution including implementation of system changes, providing system administration support and interface with Pacira’s business analytics and reporting.  This position will engage with various user groups to gather requirements, design solutions, implement and maintain the CRM solution at maximum efficiency.  The incumbent will be expected to deliver within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, as well as complete Sales Force Automation solutions across functional teams.  The applicant will also be responsible for training and support of the use of the application.

 

·         Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality and detailed requirements ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from the customer and project leadership team

·         Document, manage and implement system change requests

·         Implement business requirements in the Veeva CRM platform via configuration and coding

·         Perform administrative functions in the Veeva CRM including activities such as maintaining user accounts, loading data reports, resolving end-user technical issues and monitoring system performance and utilization

·         Identify initial business case requirements & other pre-project activities (e.g., high-level requirements, project scope, objectives, etc.)

·         Produce and review data/information models and preliminary system architecture as needed

·         Take complex concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels

·         Function as team expert in Veeva CRM and the Force.com platform

·         Plan and establish after go-live activities including ongoing support

·         Develop and deliver training and support programs for all user groups

·         Maintain Veeva system certifications and knowledge

·         Manage internal and external resources engaged in the development and support of Veeva CRM solutions

·         Maintain knowledge of the IT application delivery industry, objectively understand and evaluate the capabilities of tools and technologies; compare with the need of the business, and recommend potential solutions to managers within the business

 

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

 

·         Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field from accredited college or university;

Masters Degree is preferred

·         Minimum  3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry with at least  3 years of CRM configuration and support such as: Veeva, SFDC, Siebel, Cegedim

 

·         Demonstrated hands on development experience in SFDC, Veeva or other CRM system

·         SFDC Certified Administrator (Preferred)

·         SFDC Certified Developer (Preferred)

·         Veeva Certified Administrator (Preferred)

·         Veeva Certified Developer (Preferred)

·         Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

·         Minimum 2 years experience with data mapping, data migrations, and data cleansing

·         Demonstrated knowledge of IT processes including User Requirements gathering, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management

·         Minimum 2 years experience meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.

·         Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences

·         Must be able to take complex concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels

·         Strong presentation solution design skills

·         Strong knowledge of best practices for user interface design consistent with device constraints

·         Able to travel approximately 15%

·         Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude

·         Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques

·         Demonstrated excellent Data Analysis skills

·         Experience with data integrations

·         Highly proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
