As our Senior Training Manager for Member Support, you'll build and lead the team that will develop, organize, plan and execute training programs and strategies for all of our Member Support personnel (Tier 1, Tier 2 customer service and complaint handling reps). You'll optimize the capabilities of our Member Support staff, from front-line associates to Supervisors to Managers. You'll also guide and instruct all of our training staff to create consistently effective and motivational training experiences.
