The Sr Manager - Technical Account Management manages a team of 4-6 Technical Account Managers (TAMs), who act as the day to day initial point of client contact for the technical solution team. They are responsible for technical issue resolution, triage, resolution, or escalation often times fielding data requests, and research questions. The TAM is the Subject Matter Expert for technical solution across CRM database and BI solutions. TAMs play a critical role in project intake, conducting high level discovery to determine order of magnitude, and coordinating small projects through the Project Process. As the manager of this group, this individual is responsible not only for their own book of clients, but also for the standardization of process and standards across their team and the entire Zeta Data Services (ZDS) group).
