As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with HR and business leaders to inform and execute key programs. This role reports to the Director, Organization, Talent and Performance, and will be a crucial member of the team responsible for talent development, leadership, culture, diversity and inclusion, engagement, meeting planning, and learning operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the refresh of the Firm's competency model to define what 'great' performance looks like in line with the Firm's values
  • Bring subject matter expertise and a consultative mindset to assess the current state and create/refresh talent programs including: talent assessment, succession planning, performance measurement and metrics, high priority talent identification and development
  • Enable and work through the HRBP org, business leaders, and the compensation team to design and implement an integrated talent performance system to support a positive employee development experience and drive business results
  • Refresh and implement career paths and a career development approach in partnership with service lines
  • Drive change management, communications of talent management and performance programs and initiatives to ensure successful implementation and results
  • Define and assess against metrics for success that include talent, culture and business results
  • Define requirements for new systems and tools and select and manage vendors, stakeholders teams, and project teams


  • 10+ years of HR consulting or strategy experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complexity and ambiguity into clarity and simplicity
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and driving creative and effective strategies and programs
  • Prior experience in professional services is highly desired
  • Excellent C-level communication skills and executive presence
  • Travel up to 30% within the Firm's footprint, as well as to other firm-wide or sponsored events
