Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Talent Management leads and executes effective recruiting strategies, plans and processes to attract high caliber professional, technical, and management talent to meet hiring and staffing plans. This individual leads, manages, and directs internal recruiting staff and external resources to meet hiring goals including effective delegation and monitoring of effectiveness. This position is will work with the HR Business Partners to develop employee career progression plans that drive short- and long-term employee development strategies to support succession planning and employee retention.
