Role:

This role will be responsible for the design, development and execution of TDA’s Innovation Education strategy. This role will also lead the Business Solutions and Technology/Operations/Data Analytics functions for the Talent Development Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Component 1: Transforming Futures Program (future skilling the TDA workforce)
  • Strategic Component 2: Innovation Education @ TDA (targeted FinTech education)
  • Strategic Component 3: Exo Sprint Workshops, Exo Coaching Workshops
  • Strategic Component 4: Talent Technology Modernization: Degreed, HCMS
  • Manage production capacity, including 6 Months Spans and Sprints

  • Lead daily track huddles to guide team on all phases of education design, development and delivery

  • Initiate, develop and manage all third party education vendors towards the goal of high impact educational experiences

  • Initiate, develop and manage collaborative relationships with T2 and impacted business units to design, develop and deliver high impact educational experiences

  • Lead implementation and development of Degreed learning platform

  • Lead implementation and development of HCMS Talent Development components

  • Management/continuous improvement of the Talent Development Operating System including JIRA, SumTotal, logistics and budget management

  • Design, implement and drive Talent Development Analytics

  • Education vendor selection and negotiations

  • Production capacity prioritization

  • Service delivery prioritization
