Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field Operations is responsible for driving and overseeing the overall talent acquisition strategy and process execution, within a geographical area, to ensure Towne Park is attracting and hiring top talent in those areas. Using knowledge of the external talent market and internal metrics, the Senior Manager consults senior leadership to assess and communicate talent implications resulting from shifts within the business/industry.
He/She will manage and create a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TACs) that will execute workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a producing manager responsible for ensuring recruiting best practices are implemented and drives his/her team to proactively supply qualified candidates for positions across the assigned geographical area.

Provide leadership and direction for the overall talent acquisition efforts in an assigned geographical area to ensure recruiting targets are achieved. Provide strategic guidance and solutions on recruiting issues within both current and market trends – aimed at attracting diversified top talent.
Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TACs) to provide consistent delivery of recruitment services that elevates capability and drives accountability for workforce planning.
Implement and measure recruiting metrics that will deliver data driven information about the identification/location of critical talent and determine investment strategies for employees. These metrics will incorporate programs as they relate to recruiting production (hires), time to hire, improved customer satisfaction, turnover, and other workforce analytics.
Create and implement comprehensive sourcing plans for open requisitions, including posting on external job boards, generating staff referrals, finding passive candidates, and executing other creative strategies to promote healthy, diverse talent pools. Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) to post open positions both internally at Towne Park and externally with recruitment sources (recruitment agencies, job site vendors, etc.) Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources including, but not limited to, recruitment/temp agencies, career websites, college career offices, social media sites, etc., to build and preserve a continually stocked pipeline of talent.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to establish minimum qualifications and experiences required for all open positions and conduct all preliminary processes as needed to forward qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. Provide professional development to Managers and train them on recruitment and staffing protocol to ensure recruiting strategies align with the goals, policies and objectives of Towne Park.
The incumbent, with the direction of the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, will oversee the Talent Acquisition Department budget to achieve or exceed department goals by driving a continual focus on best practices and a deeper understanding of the business. The Director of Talent Acquisition will propose corporate policies and implement operating procedures to retain talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:
Five to Seven years (5-7) of high-volume staffing or recruitment experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous recruitment supervisory experience highly desired
