3) Competencies

  • ‘Finger on the pulse’ of social trends, new platform features, and best practices
  • Prior, demonstrable experience managing social media strategy for a high-growth enterprise software or SaaS company that engages with developers and/or other very technical audiences
  • Experience communicating with a technical audience (ideally developers) with an understanding of proper tonality to create engagement; demonstrated experience getting that community to engage and post more vs. just producing posts from the corporate accounts
  • Proven record of driving high growth and large scale for social media engagement and followers across multiple channels
  • Communications experience - PR, product marketing, community relations experience

4) Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in related fields - digital marketing, social media, PR, community engagement
  • Knowledge (and possibly connections) to Influencers in data management and machine learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of communication strategy
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience enabling and driving strategy for social selling within the Sales organization
  • Proficiency in the following social platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Conference mobile apps like DoubleDutch/GuideBook
