As a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, you will architect how BlueVine's Sales team goes to market, driving strategy and growth by partnering across the company to develop automated and scalable processes and solutions. You will get to run as a startup within a startup, owning and executing projects end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Scale our client acquisition and on-boarding, be the inventor and executor of how we as a business scale
  • Sit with our sales team to Own and develop incentive compensation plans to drive our teams towards financial targets
  • Own the development of our internal systems that we rely on every day to go to market (CRM, efficiency tools, etc.)
  • Partner with our Sales Management to optimize how our team goes to market, sit with the sales team to understand their processes inside and out
  • Own all analytics and reporting for our sales team (customer interaction data, funnel analysis, business metrics and reporting, etc.)
  • Work with executives to build the insights and vision for how we want to scale as a business

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 5+ years in an operations role (marketing ops, sales ops, business ops, etc.) with 2+ years experience in a sales operations role with a preference for startup experience
  • A proven self-starter, setting your own deliverables, and then executing them
  • Expert level SQL, Excel, and Salesforce admin experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of finding problems, taking initiative, and executing on your own ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
