Overview of Position
Responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively. Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. Requires demonstrating knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts. Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. Typically collaborates with Marketing and Sales Operations to create content and track and measure operations and performance.
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
The Manager of Solution Design is a key contributor to the Go-to-Market (GTM) function for the Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services business unit. As a member of the Physician RCM Services Operational Excellence team, the Solution Design Manager will serve as the primary point of intersection between Sales and Service Delivery Operations, helping to demonstrate for Change Healthcare’s customers and prospects how our RCM solution offerings create measurable value. The Solution Design Manager will partner with a team of cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing, RCM Product Management, Core Operations, Finance and Analytics to help establish an enhanced customer-facing value proposition for outsourced integrated RCM Technology and Services. Additionally, the Solution Design Manager will engage with Sales on specific large/strategic opportunities to help tailor a proposal that highlights the value of Change Healthcare’s differentiated solution offering. The Manager of Solution Design reports directly to the Vice President of Operational Excellence.
