As a Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end program execution across the full product lifecycle1from concept through delivery and sustainment. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring flawless execution, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business and customer objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services with new market capabilities
  • Managing programs across their lifecycle while driving alignment and synergy across business units
  • Owning execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, manufacturing, product support, and quality
  • Developing program investment strategies, business cases, and growth plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Identifying and mitigating risks with robust financial and schedule recovery plans
  • Driving supply chain resilience and ensuring delivery assurance targets are consistently achieved
  • This role reports directly to the Portfolio Director and serves as a key member of the leadership team.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate9s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
