As a Sr. Manager of Process Management, you will lead matrixed teams in developing the scope and schedule and delivery of flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business process initiatives are delivering consistent results and meeting the expectations of the business customers.

This individual will have demonstrated that they have improved company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual will have demonstrated the ability to scope out and plan for the work required to deliver on the process improvements. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate matrixed and geographically disbursed teams in delivering flawlessly executed process improvement projects.
Produce reports and presentations for senior management to enable effective business decisions based on information derived from consistent process
Educates and gains buy in concerning the expected behaviors associated with business processes to ensure continued flawless execution
Drives process improvements to enhance business capabilities, gain efficiencies, include appropriate controls, and aligns to the desired outcomes of the business
Develop the scope and plan required to deliver on the process improvements projects
Manage and lead teams of associates in a matrixed environment to deliver on the projects
Modify existing and create new processes and documentation
Providing subject matter expertise on business processes when representing the business in projects and other meetings
Creates and monitors metrics to measure effectiveness of processes
Assists users and other stakeholders in the use of tools associated with a process
Monitor delivery progress of process improvement projects for the business that are lead by others within or outside the department
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Risk Management, Business Process Management, Project Management) or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in Process management
At least 3 years of experience in Project management
Master’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Organizational Leadership, Management Development
Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
At least 5 years of experience in Process management
At least 5 years of experience in Project management
At least 2 years of experience in People management
At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving
At least 2 years of work experience in Commercial Banking or at a Financial Services organization
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem solving skills
