The Senior Manager, Operations Compliance will be responsibleportfolio wide for compliance within our buildings and facilities requirements for a premier Energy and Resources portfolio based in Houston Texas.
This Senior Manager of Compliance will be responsible to oversee business operations relating to the implementation of all compliance and regulatory requirements within designated buildings/ facilities/ operations for our client portfolio wide. This Compliance Sr Manager will have 2 direct reports within the portfolio.

The purpose of this role is to own accountability and have the responsibility to manage all Compliance and Regulatory activities as required by Client and/or Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's) for all designated buildings/facilities/operations within a designated client portfolio and/or segment designated portfolio of sites
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
