SnapAV has a fantastic opportunity, we are looking for a creative, passionate, industrious, and technically strong Manager of Cyber Security. In this position you will be responsible for SnapAV's global Corporate and Product Security Programs. Success in this position will be the result of a tremendous self-drive that's fueled by an obsession for the customer and business security, insistence on high standards, and near-limitless bias for action.

In this role, you will identify and implement strategy and tactics that meet the robust needs of SnapAV's business and ultimately, our customers and dealers. You will work with incredible people and products spanning engineering and throughout all other corporate domains. The right person for this position will be the key ingredient in strengthening SnapAV's global security culture, capabilities, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain global Corporate Security and Product Security
  • programs. Each program must cover Security Strategy, Governance and Program Management, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit and Assurance, Defensive Technologies, Core Security Processes (Threat,Vulnerability, and Incident), Security Awareness, and Security Services Management
  • Collaborate closely with staff and internal stakeholders to develop,
  • implement, and continuously improve mechanisms that ensure we reach the intended goals of the corporate and product security programs
  • Create a security-minded culture, and build training programs for technical and non-technical staff worldwide to continually grow their security knowledge and skills
  • Personally lead security projects, initiatives, and programs on a global scale
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of the global corporate and product security threat landscape. Actively integrate your advanced knowledge into the security programs
  • Work across corporate and product technical teams to prioritize security
  • features and bugs, and ensure implementation and mitigation
  • Align security efforts with the priorities and mission of the company
  • Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery of the
  • security programs


Qualifications

  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and lead across a fastpaced and dynamic global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and creatively approach solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy to understand terminology
  • Ability to motivate and accomplish results through others, not only with you own staff but more so through other teams
  • Continual investment in cyber security education or certification
  • Outstanding track record of increasing responsibility in cloud technologies and development
  • 5+ years of technology leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, managing and governing technologies
  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing cyber security or closely related domain architectures, and policies, procedures and standards
