 Job Purpose

 The Senior Manager Marketing System Support  oversees the delivery of CRM, Data, Marketing Automation, and other Marketing technology configuration and system setup services to support Televerde’s customers across demand generation, digital marketing and inside sales programs. The Senior Manager drives definition and implementation of repeatable and scalable system configuration design and ensures consistency and traceability to business requirements. This position is customer and stakeholder facing, must establish and manage expectations and lead consultative support to pair business strategy with system and data capability. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high performing systems service support functions including data handling, systems configuration and administration and systems troubleshooting to achieve sales and marketing campaign and digital program goals
  • Experience configuring CRM or Marketing Automation systems which includes but not limited to the following; Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Be accountable for the quality of service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Provide mentorship and coaching opportunities to the service delivery team. Mentor team in defining and implementing repeatable and scalable system configuration design and methodologies to ensure consistency and traceability to business and system requirements
  • Ensure team executes system setup functions according to campaign and digital timelines. Drive continuous process improvement to reduce the occurrence of errors resulting from system setup and data tagging and/or loading
  • Drive improved systems & data quality from a system and data setup perspective. Help ensure system setup and data loaded into the programs will achieve program and analytical strategies
  • Ensure team monitors campaign performance to ensure system setup and data quality/accuracy are meeting campaign and reporting objectives, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive positive improvement
  • Recognize opportunities for system, process, or organizational improvements and make recommendations or take appropriate action. Steer requirements for system development enhancements through Televerde’s change control processes

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Business Management or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on system configuration
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process design role, pairing business requirements with system functionality
  • 3+ years of experience in leading or managing people in a workflow, systems, or client facing environment
  • Considerable experience with Excel
  • Must be able to get DOC badged

  • Communicates business issues at a level appropriate to the target audience, participating in the formulation of action plans necessary to deliver successful projects
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously while meeting department deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third-parties, technical, and business product managers
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with other departments
  • Ability to clarify objectives, deal with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocate for simplification, and influence teams
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering and system configuration principles
  • Ability to perform work which requires continuous attention to details and which is performed under tight timelines
