Supermicro is currently looking for a Senior Manager Marketing Operations in a senior level role that is knowledgeable and an accountable leader. The Senior This role will be responsible for overall marketing operations of a Fortune 1000 and will include corresponding to marketing budget, coordinating, budgeting, prioritizing and managing the follow-through and execution of the overall marketing organization.
The ideal candidate will be the operational owner in managing, prioritizing and following through on the highest value projects, programs and deliverables of the company. They will dive deep, demonstrate Bias for Action, be persuasive, diplomatic, and have proven analytical skill and attention to detail. As the company continues to experience double digit growth, the Marketing Operations Lead needs to evolve the operational model of marketing to meet the scale of the current and future organization's demands. The Senior Manager Marketing Operations will be part Operations, part Strategy, and part Chief of Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure projects, programs and reviews are prioritized appropriately
Track follow-through, execution and completion
MBA with management consulting experience is ideal
5-10 years high-tech experience
Operational experience within a large corporate environment
Strong Technical Background or Technical Degree valued
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
