Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to develop and manage maintenance operations in order to deliver on the key operational priorities of multiple facilities.
Must be willing/able to supervise employees during weather emergencies
You must be willing to:
- Provide oversight of all maintenance operations at all facilities
- Ensure that all maintenance operations are delivered in accordance with all regulatory/statutory requirements
- Manages maintenance personnel to successfully meet the Department’s mission
- Provide management/organizational/fiscal analysis/impact of projects
Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):
- BS/BA in engineering/facilities management/related
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive managerial experience in transportation or maintenance
- 5 years’ experience in budget development/execution/cost analysis preferred
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning/project management/finance-budgeting principles/practices
- Valid driver’s license/TWIC
