Senior Manager-Maintenance Operations in Wildwood, NJ

Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to develop and manage maintenance operations in order to deliver on the key operational priorities of multiple facilities.

Must be willing/able to supervise employees during weather emergencies

You must be willing to:

• Provide oversight of all maintenance operations at all facilities
• Ensure that all maintenance operations are delivered in accordance with all regulatory/statutory requirements
• Manages maintenance personnel to successfully meet the Department’s mission
• Provide management/organizational/fiscal analysis/impact of projects

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):

• BS/BA in engineering/facilities management/related
• Minimum 7 years’ progressive managerial experience in transportation or maintenance
• 5 years’ experience in budget development/execution/cost analysis preferred
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning/project management/finance-budgeting principles/practices
• Valid driver’s license/TWIC
