We are currently recruiting to fill the role of: Senior Manager - J&J Account, Healthcare Sector and Commercial Lead for new product launch. The role consists of the following key components:

Job Responsibilities:

� Relationship management and flawless execution to support the GHS team

� Drive innovation in partnership with the GHS team through new product and program launches

� Drive innovation and value across enterprise by offering and embedding JJHPI as a solution to serve different enterprise needs (Partnership with M&A team, HPI content in leadership programs, top talent program etc.)

� Partner with SSC/SCG teams to bring value to J&J strategic customers through JJHPI solutions

� Research, build vertical knowledge to become a subject matter expert in Healthcare Sector

� Attend, network and present in conferences, symposiums etc. attended by target Healthcare customers

� Drive conversion and pull through on qualified leads assigned for the vertical

� Build outreach strategies to and deliver capabilities presentation to target customers in the vertical

� 20% plus sales quota through new customer acquisitions

� Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organizations (C-suite, Influencers, Buyers)

� Work to identify key customer insights and needs and align JJHPI products and services where opportunities exist

� Drive pull through and scale with existing customers by positioning JJHPI solutions to help transform the organization culture of wellbeing by executing JJHPI business model

� Proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones

� Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by possessing a full understanding of customers' specific decision-making and purchasing process

� Build, lead and execute approach of cross-functional account teams by partnering with cross functional teams (Delivery & Implementation, Marketing, Content, BSCi, Finance, Leadership etc) to bring value to the customers and meet customer needs

� Meet/Exceed assigned quotas for existing customer

� Responsible for pricing negotiations, contract management and (RFPs, contract renewal, deal creation)

� Ensure pipeline creation, opportunity management, order booking in SalesForce

� Identifying the right coaches as per customer needs, relationship management and program planning with the coaches

� Follow the LAMP (Large Account Management Process) and reporting

� Serve as the commercial head for the HCP Resilience initiative / new products launches

� Responsible for developing and leading pricing, targeting, go to market strategy

� Financial modeling and forecasting

� Pilot, launch and commercialization of HCP Resilience / new products


� Master's degree with 10+ years of experience

� 8+ years of strategic account selling experience in a B2B environment

� Prior experience working with healthcare providers will be highly preferred

� Prior experience leading commercialization of products/services

� Demonstrated level of comfort with consultative/solution selling approach

� Ability to work at C-suite level and build strong relationships and partnerships

� Global experience and an understanding and ability to work across geographies

� Intellectually agile, someone who can handle ambiguity and has a problem-solving approach

� High on customer centricity and experience of managing big strategic customers

� Financial acumen, negotiation skills and contract management skills

� Excellent communication, presentation and MS office skills

� Data oriented, analytical, tech savvy and comfortable with using

� Proven track record of driving growth

� Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
