Responsibilities:

  • In depth experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Enterprise One, in the deployment and or support of applications for manufacturing, finance, customer service, procurement, distribution and logistics. Knowledge of OMW, Data Dictionary, core functions of the software is required.
  • Monitor, coach, and mentor the operations of application development team and provide regular feedback.
  • Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements.
  • Develop work schedules and ensure all application work within work schedule.
  • Plan project budgets and manage all operations within control expenses.
  • Ability to interpret and convert end user requirements to specifications in a wide range of systems to achieve the desired business results
  • Develop professional relationships with internal customers and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements and provide regular feedback
  • Troubleshoot and manage the fix to problems that occur in the everyday use of applications in conjunction with regular tasks
  • Manage and provide support to critical business application systems Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
  • Prepare designs and maintain cost for various business application developments.
  • Ability to document in detail IT Functional and user testing in accordance with our Software Development Life Cycle
  • Manage the development and execution of test scenarios for application logic, user interfaces, data interfaces and reports
  • Ability to work successfully under limited supervision in a diverse environment and function effectively, working both independently and as a team player.
  • Create solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems and custom reports
  • This role will help prepare Global IT for technical challenges in helping Dymax grow
  • Determine and analyze various processes and implement changes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with architectural and quality assurance team and achieve all quality deliverables.
  • Perform research and develop new systems and applications for new and present systems.
  • Prepare documents and evaluate it for accuracy.
  • Manage all aspects of SharePoint and .Net development and governance
  • Manage all aspects of Business Application security and governance
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology field
  • 5+ Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Enterprise One, ERP Infrastructure, OMW,  and Security
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Architect or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements, configuration and testing.
  • 5+ years working managing a team of functional/technical persons as well as managing outsourced talent
  • Experience with C++ and Java applications and/or other external interfaces including Web Services exposure would be a plus
  • Active Project Management Professional certification
  • Experience with a large software upgrade / lift and shift or implementation(s) is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand requirements and related business issues.
  • Results-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail with higher level problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Experience with standardization and ISO 27001 policies/procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
