Develop sales strategies, programs and processes to increase global selling, teaming and customer experience for inter-region MNC accounts. Partners withSales Operations in each region to improve inter-region collaboration and enable cross-regional sales for revenue growth. Collaborates with sales and leaders in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to drive results and a teaming approach. Collaborates with regions on sales enablement programs across the international business units to drive global teaming. Define / direct B-end SalesSupport Strategies and processes in support of cross-regional accounts.
This role is highly cross-functional and requires an individual with experienceworking with global sales teams. This role requires significant senior executive engagement and drives senior alignment across multiple functions in order to develop and implement programs, as well as track and report on results.
? Develops and executes strategy to increase global cross-regional sales to grow sales and revenue for CenturyLink MNC accounts.
? Implements a targeted cross-regional go to market and sales enablement program to foster sustainable growth.
? Enable international sales and NA sales teams to partner and sell globally in a consistent and programmatic way, including developing and implementing/evangelizing consistent processes, tools compensation models and messages.
? Partners withSales ecosystem and cross-functional teams including International Sales Effectiveness, Training, Marketing, Strategy, Strategic partners, Alliances, Competitive Intelligence, Product and Finance to define and implement cross-regional programs for EMEA, LATAM, APAC.
? Ensure program objectives are met at a high quality, timely, cost effective, and well documented.
? Ensure product roadmaps include key technical and compliance based considerations of international customers.
? Manages data analysis and identification of global productivity trends, ensuring information is meaningful, valid, complete, and accurate.
? Partners withSales teams / Sales Enablement / CX in all regions to define and program initiatives to improve CX for global accounts across Shop / Buy lifecycle phases
? Bachelor?s degree and 10+ years related experience; 8+ years related experience with Master?s degree.
? Extensive experience developing sales strategies, programs and processes to increase global selling
? Ability to collaborate with global regions on sales enablement programs across the international business units
? Previous experienceworking with global sales teams
? Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results despite complexity and ambiguity;
? Experience effectively balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution.
