Senior Manager of Integration and Innovation for its Alpharetta, GA office. The Senior Manager of Integration and Innovation will manage the relationship between ET/AMS GPI and ET - South America business to provide GPI Portfolio oversight for systems consumed by SA that operate out of the US footprint. This person will identify priorities, provide existing project status, strategic roadmap, and enable the SA business with technical solutions, while integrating plans and priorities with other business units who use the same system. The person will also play a key role to coordinate the split of BU-AMS into BU-SA and BU-NA as it relates to GPI Systems, as well as look after the integration of CA and US systems into a single NA footprint. This roll will assist as a functional SME for the ET-NA roll out of the View platform. Finally, this roll will be the point person for GPI to drive Innovation and Digitalization through the RIC.   • Serve as a trusted partner to provide general governance and strategic direction for the business defining, analyzing and designing changes and enhancements to the systems and applications under their area of responsibility
  • Partner with individual South American business units to solicit input to help define strategic direction of GPI suite of applications
  • Align SA priorities with system owners and other BRM organizations within NA GPI
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of GPI activities related to the split of BU-AMS into BU-SA and BU-NA
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of GPI activities related to the integration of BU-CA into BU-NA
  • Act as SME to the View FSM team to provide knowledge and guidance for how View is delivered to BA-US
  • Act as POC to the RIC team to drive innovation and digitalization strategy into GPI and BU-NA
  • Hold regular meetings with business leaders to review GPI Portfolio systems, performance metrics, project schedules and status, issues and confirm strategic path forward for their technology environment
  • May have direct management responsibility for Business Analysts to help drive requirements and work activities
  • Influence business process through system standardization, consolidation and optimization of the GPI portfolio through effective system utilization as well as adhering to defined process
  • Collaborate with other BRMs, PMO, Technical Delivery, Infrastructure, Architecture, Business Intelligence and Security to deliver solutions to the business
  • Gather and analyze information or data on current and future trends of best practice. Translate information into continuous improvement activities that enhance performance
  • Be proactive to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities
  • Understand the global thyssenkrupp environment. Identify, evaluate and integrate relevant inputs and project requests from different operating and business units into the tkE GPI technology roadmap

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Programming systems or Computer Science or another related field.
  • Ability to collaborate with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common missions, vision, values and mutual goals
  • Knowledge of the AMS Corporate organization, systems, process or procedures required
  • Extensive knowledge of the existing BU-SA business structure, systems and internal processes required.
  • Experience at planning, organizing, directing, controlling, guiding, supporting work efforts of all sizes and complexity
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and provide influence to plan, manage and deliver reliable, cost-effective technology solutions
  • Ability to convey information clearly and simply to senior leadership and business stakeholders. This includes good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills that help facilitating the sharing of information between people
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Defines and organizes tasks, responsibilities and priorities. Takes responsibility for timely completion
  • High awareness and recognizes internal and external clues to help guide future direction and realize opportunities for the organization
  • Requires 5 - 7 years' experience of internal / external IT experience
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering or solutions management or other related area
  • Record of leadership and accomplishments in integrating and servicing large business
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Works with GPI leaders and forms alliances
  • Meets regularly with team to gather work statuses
  • Willingness to travel.
