Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to support multiple facilities within Pinnacle Health Hospitals in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.


Relocation assistance is offered as part of the compensation package for this position!


The Senior Manager, Human Resources will be the primary contact for 500 Sodexo employees.  The Senior Manager, Human Resources will provide on-site support to General Managers and unit managers in regards to front-line employee recruitment, selection, on-boarding, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits administration questions and concerns.

This is a fast-paced, high volume HR environment with heavy emphasis on hiring and retaining high quality front-line employees.  


This job is loaded with variety, action, and every day is different. 




  • Experience handling employee relations matters.
  • Previous full-cycle recruitment and interviewing experience. 
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with operators
  • Strong skills with sourcing, i.e., job boards, social networking, and developing community relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Under the general direction of a Human Resources Director (HRD) or senior operations position, manages Human Resources (HR) issues for a specific segment of the business. In a Division, this may be a geographic territory, often aligned with a Vice President, Operations. Coaches and counsels management in all areas of HR. Contributes to the design, implementation and management of HR programs. Works to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and local, state, and federal requirements. Participates in the management of various aspects of HR administration including payroll, benefits, records retention, EEO/AA compliance, compensation, and employee relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of HRexperience
