Summary:

Quigley-Simpson is seeking a Growth Systems & Technical Sr. Manager to help build and scale a disciplined growth engine that supports new business development, pipeline momentum, and agency visibility. This role sits at the intersection of systems, coordination, and execution-bringing together CRM operations, outbound campaign support, pitch development, and growth marketing initiatives. The right person will be energized by working across teams, keeping multiple initiatives moving, and creating practical systems that improve consistency and follow-through.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the agency's CRM ecosystem, including platform administration, segmentation, workflow support, and pipeline visibility
  • Build and manage dashboards tied to growth KPIs, ensuring stakeholders have clear, timely insight into performance and activity
  • Support the planning and execution of outbound campaigns across CRM, email, and related channels, helping coordinate messaging, testing, and follow-up
  • Partner with internal teams to keep growth initiatives aligned, documented, and progressing on schedule
  • Work closely with pitch teams and agency partners to support new business development efforts from narrative development through final delivery
  • Help translate subject matter expertise into clear, compelling presentation materials and RFP responses
  • Coordinate growth-related marketing initiatives, including conferences, sponsorships, announcements, and follow-up activities
  • Contribute to programs and materials that strengthen agency awareness and support pipeline generation

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and maintain momentum across shared initiatives
  • Comfort managing multiple projects at once while keeping details, timelines, and deliverables on track
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in presentations, pitch materials, and outbound messaging
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and outbound campaign workflows
  • Ability to bring structure to evolving processes and improve consistency through practical systems
  • Confidence using presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Prezi, or Pitch to create polished business materials
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI tools that improve workflow efficiency and output

Other Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, business development, agency new business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or leading RFP and pitch processes
  • Background working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities
