Livongo is a leading consumer digital health company that empowers people with chronic conditions to live a better life. Livongo has developed a completely new approach for diabetes management that combines the latest technology with coaching. We’re in a hyper growth stage, and you’ll be responsible for taking us to the next level.
We arerecruiting an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical growth marketer to lead growth initiatives that will drive member acquisition for the Livongo for Diabetes program. You will beresponsible for ourlanding page funnel growth as well as for increase conversion for our overall marketing outreach.
- Develop and execute new marketing campaigns - working with the Content team and/or managing designers, copywriters to bring the campaigns to life
- Drive and manage A/B and multivariate tests; deliver results and translate those successes into insights for the rest of the team
- Increase landing page funnel conversion - working closely with product and engineering
- Perform frequent user research to glean insights and new growth opportunities
- Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
- Keep learning! Brainstorm and bring to life new tactics, campaigns and ideas.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a growth role in a consumer product
- MBA preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening and interpretation skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver, willing to take risks and able to problem solve in real-time
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze results, provide insights and make decisions to move forward
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, who can work independently and proactively
- Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
