Jam City is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Analysis and Reporting to join our finance team! The role will need to have the proven ability to lead projects independently with excellent written and verbal skills. This person must be able to translate financial information to various business audiences to drive decision making and demonstrate ability to persuasively present complex business issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner. Furthermore, this person must be able to consistently demonstrate ability with senior executives to be a trusted and reliable source of information and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the monthly rolling forecast, monthly actual reporting and analysis, annual operating plan, and strategic plan processes.

Review and analyze the team’s deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality for our business partners.

Communicate monthly business results to key stakeholders of the company through various reports (board of directors, executive team, studio GMs, and department heads).

Develop and continuously improve key financial metrics and analysis to support the company’s goals and the unique and changing needs of the functions supported

Collaborate with the Accounting and People team to resolve function-related issues as part of the month-end review and monthly reporting process.

Provide support for quarterly and annual audit reviews.

Drive team efficiency and data quality through continual process improvements by embracing technological tools such as Adaptive Insights, Tableau, etc.

Coaching and developing direct reports to take our great talent to the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred

10+ years of experience in FP&A, or other relevant FP&A fields

Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to complete tasks on time.

Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.

Strong ability to build financial models from scratch that can be easily shared with business partners

Adaptive Insights experience strongly preferred.

Must be able to work independently.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with developing and managing 2+ direct reports.

The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. In addition, Jam City provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life, disability, and accident insurance. Pay Range $121,000 - $213,000
