Senior Manager / Director
· Knowledge of process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solution offering to exploit new business opportunities.
· Possess knowledge about applications, databases, networksecurity and directories hardware and operating systems, IT and Functional testing.
· Encapsulate domain knowledge in the form of Knowledge assets.
· Deep knowledge of one or more sub domains or intermediate knowledge of multiple sub domains.
· Advanced knowledge / Certifications / in Lean, Six Sigma (or) RPA.
· Advanced practical knowledge of business processes.
· Undertake analysis and share recommendations to improve/modify existing processes/ systems for clients.
· Undertake Customer Relationship management and contribute in an on-going manner to client interaction by identifying clients' priority needs for service and support.
· People Management.
· Within own team or department at operational level.
· Contact with user/customer at peer / first /middle management level.
