Position Profile

Position Summary

Responsible for strategic planning and execution of Digital and Relationship Marketing initiatives to continuously improve consumer and customer experience and optimize Digital processes.

Organizational Relationship

This position reports directly to the Director – Digital Marketing.


  • Strategically lead web strategy development and execution ensuring that web content is accurate engaging and lead generating
  • SupportsDigital CX across brands dealer/retailchannels sales and customer service to improve overall experience
  • Plan develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all Digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives
  • Build strategies for developing implementing and managing compelling and well-organized content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives user needs and industry best practices
  • Responsible for brand website content management - process ownership and content execution - to ensure timely updates for key marketing initiatives
  • Support the development and execution of CRM programs integrating people process and technology affecting different cross-functional teams
  • Understand brand objectives and translate them into creative and strategic Digital approaches and tactics.
  • Lead and grow email campaign initiatives across brands & channels to deliver on business objectives and grow the business
  • Develop Digital analytics framework and reports to optimize performance identify trends/opportunities and correlations to business results
  • Awareness of competitive landscape for brand category; understand consumer and designer behavioral attributes and use insights applying them to the web strategy
  • Manage projects effectively while meeting timelines and budget requirements
  • Partner with Marketing and IT GoToMarket teams to execute Digital initiatives  
  • Translates marketing goals and strategy through web tactics

Education & Experience

  • BS in IT Marketing or related field; blended experience a strong plus
  • Prior experience leading development and implementation of a global Digital strategy
  • 6+ years managing multiple web site(s) in an interactive project management role
  • SEO and SEM expertise – develop site structure and content to drive desired traffic
  • Experience with IP protection over Web
  • Expert in web analytics (tools)
  • Excellent organizational planning and project management skills
  • Brand marketing or similar experience in marketing
  • Experience in setting up governance around content management
  • Understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and other web technologies
  • Understanding of latest market research techniques internet trends business models and current technologies
