Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The Senior Manager will represent Bridge Partners with key client engagements. This full-time role will steer the successful leadership, management and execution of business critical projects for our most important Digital Marketing clients. This is a high-visibility role and only local, senior individuals with demonstrated direct experience will be considered. Some travel may be required.
Own & manage client relationships for key firm clients, develop healthy and lucrative business arrangements that enable sustained engagement & growth within those clients.
Develop Strategic vision and Digital Go-to-Market plans and programs inclusive of:
Overall Digital Channel Strategy & Platform Decisions
Digital Content Vision and Development
Target Audience Strategy, Persona Development
Audience Contact Strategy
Marketing Automation & Nurture Programs
Engage with business owners, multiple functional areas, and stakeholders to identify and document key Digital goals, focus areas, and work streams.
Build and manage the Digital Marketing plan of record, appropriately manage team resources, delivery timelines and investments related to the achievement of the plan and related goals.
A high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability.
Strong business acumen with ability to provide consultative and diplomatic guidance and support to others to elevate the quality of individual work stream plans.
Comfortable working in a complex, often ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
Excellent facilitator, cross-group collaborator with ability to clearly articulate ideas and direction to different audiences.
Strong willingness to listen to others, accept ideas and feedback to strengthen launch delivery plans and mitigate risks.
12+ years Digital Marketing experience, inclusive of the management of projects in the following areas:
Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of modern strategic marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Technology or related field.
