This position oversees the market’s digital consumer experience and develops the digital strategy for assigned channels, withspecial focus on the telemedicine platform and member portal. Responsible for identifying and driving initiatives to promote new capabilities, digital adoption and consumer loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop the digital consumer experience strategy and build business cases that drive it
  • Function as a project manager related to specific digital initiatives
  • Advocate for ongoing assessment of digital environments to integrate industry advancements, new directions or investment in new technology
  • Identify client interaction areas and understand key points in the customer journey
  • Collect and analyze data and feedback from stakeholders and end users to shape requirements and develop cohesive recommendations
  • Partner with functional areas, internal IT resources and vendors to quarterback recommendations and adopt solutions
  • Build journey maps for business processes and assist in decreasing operational costs and improving the consumer experience
  • Research, assess and report on new and trending digital functions that could impact the market
  • Support the company’s brand and monitor consistency with digital design and messaging

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience managing projects

  • 3+ years experience in a customer-focused field, with proven success reaching business objectives

  • Demonstrated understanding and use of technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of user experience analysis and design
