Position Summary

A Decision Sciences Senior Manager will be responsible for driving key development activities associated with our Digital practice as it relates to marketing analytics in the online music streaming sector. This person will work with clients and peers to drive the strategic vision of our digital analytics practices. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and will be responsible for the growth and development of an analytics team.

 Essential Functions


    • Provide thought leadership around technology and analytical solutions including making technology, research and ad-serving recommendations to facilitate better, more informed measurement
    • Translate client business needs into measurement and reporting solutions
  • Measurement & Reporting
    • Collaborate with clients to develop measurement objectives that drive business outcomes
    • Working with internal stakeholders to development a measurement and learning agenda including establishing campaign performance benchmarks and media goals
    • Turn data points into storylines through the use of visualization strategies that illustrate the What, Why and What Now
    • Work with Portfolio Management/Investment Teams to deliver coordinated reporting insights and optimization plans to improve campaign performance
    • Drive campaignreporting conversations and presentations with clients and agency partners
  • Management
    • Responsible for cross-functional internal & external team coordination and communication (Portfolio Management, Intelligence, Ad Operations, Account Services, Creative Services)
    • Trusted client partner
    • Participate in hiring exercises and decisions
    • Responsible for external client communication including reporting, requests and questions
    • Manage reporting timelines and deliverables
    • Responsible for training and mentoring Associates and Sr. Associates
    • Perform other duties as required and assigned



  • Bachelor's degree

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of analytical experience
  • 2+ years in the media industry


  • Application of advertising measurement terms and concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of relational database principles and analytical practices (SQL, PowerPivot, BI platforms) preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Strong management skills
  • Conflict negotiation abilities
  • Prioritization and time management skills
