Title: Senior Manager, Customer Service and Inside Sales

Location: Fort Worth, TX

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and direction of the customer service and inside sales teams. By building and cultivating teams that are focused on accountability, commitment to customer satisfaction and goal-oriented, this position will ensure a professional and rewarding customer experience that exemplifies the company’s long-standing reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the daily operations of the inside sales force to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Directs the daily operations of the customer service and technical service teams to resolve questions and/or concerns regarding product usage, purchase or other issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for order processing, general correspondence and resolution of customer concerns, as well as action plans to improve effectiveness & efficiency of the customer experience
  • Coordinates and develops short- and long-term sales objectives and strategies, and ensures their proper execution
  • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Defines and communicates customer service standards to ensure that customer are retained, satisfied and all of their customer needs have been fulfilled
  • Creates and implements process improvements and operational policies
  • Acts as an escalation point for customer issues, providing coaching and direction to ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively
  • Manages department performance metrics, projects and team initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5years’ of supervisory experience, preferably in customer service and/or inside sales
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-management skills
  • Ability to lead and thrive in goal-driven environment
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous process improvement / project planning experience, required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities, required
