Senior Manager- CPG
Kalypso is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Senior Manager- CPG.
As a Senior Manager, you will take high-level responsibility for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts and projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets the client's business needs and priorities, as well as mentor upcoming Business Analysts and Consultants on best consulting practices. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and share strategic insight and perspective with clients
- Demonstrate leadership in preparing sales proposals, SOWs, and business plans in a team structure
- Proactively manages relationships within the organization, with current and past client decision makers and with professional network
- Qualifies opportunities based on knowledge of Firm services, practices and understanding of client business issues
- Collaborates with vendors as well as industry and segment leaders to develop value driving relationships and partnerships
- Oversees project/program delivery, ensuring project is delivered with excellence (typically responsible for 1 or 2 projects at a time)
- Building relationships with existing and new customers- creating a lead and translating that lead into solid work
Consulting:
- Integrates analytical results and recommendations into solution for client

Requirements:
- Multi-year experience leading multiple projects/work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-year consulting experience in Strategy, Operations & Technology focused engagements
- 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry
- Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following technologies:
- Digital twin / digital ID / modeling & simulation / digital product creation
- Advanced analytics / AI / machine learning
- Internet of things - smart connected operations and smart connected products
- A/R, V/R, X/R
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Enterprise Information Management
- Personal eminence in industry forums as demonstrated by a track record or speeches, panels, quotes, blogs, articles, white papers and other written digital vehicles is nice to have
- Significant network of relationships with senior client executives from the following functions
