The Senior Manager is passionate about helping marketers be better at marketing, using RentPath’s suite of digital marketing solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating demand for our products, creating qualified leads for sales, influencing opportunity conversion and optimizing revenue through omni-channel marketing programs. This role will report to the Director, B2B Marketing but work closely with marketing operations, analytics and otherinternal teams to fill our funnel, support revenue creation and hit defined metrics. Essential Functions:

  • Work with sales and SDR leaders to develop quarterly and targeted programs to support sales/revenue goals
  • Develop and manage the content/campaign calendars, establish KPI’s and deadlines, and drive campaign execution
  • Leverage and grow a team of marketers to create core messaging and digital assets for omni-channel programs at scale, as well as the sales enablement function
  • Lead the demand generation team in composing content (email/landing page copy, supporting assets, sales collateral, product marketing collateral, etc) and maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs; edit and review all work produced by this team to ensure it meets our writing standards
  • Work with business owners and stakeholders to build and execute all programs
  • Provide direction to creative services team; ensure consistent branding 
  • Leverage marketing analyst and operations to inform you on campaign and asset performance; implement strategies to improve and optimize our success
  • Actively build alignment with sales leadership and sales training team to ensure consistent execution across all customer-facing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with demand generation and revenue marketing trends, develop new ideas, test your ideas and drive innovation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knock-out writing skills and a passion for developing results-driven campaigns. Writing/campaign samples required.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, lead-to-revenue management, sales enablement, customer experience and digital best practices
  • Experience navigating and building relationships across complex sales organizations
  • Understanding of advanced marketing technologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and executive-level presentation skills
  • Experience writing B2B content for executive-level decision makers
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to hit aggressive deadlines and goals 
  • Hyper-organized and deadline driven
  • Driven to succeed and take on progressively more responsibility 

 Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar field required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience creating demand generation campaigns in B2B marketing teams
  • Deep writing expertise and editingexperience
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketers
  • Experience with marketing automation required
  • Experience with social campaigns highly preferred
  • Experience with Wordpress (blog posting) highly preferred
  • Basic HTML highly preferred
  • Experience with paid search highly preferred
