We are in search of someone who will be responsible for creating and executing an industry-leading and innovative Total Rewards function in support of the overall business plan and direction of the organization.
This role provides leadership and direction related to the strategic design, planning, implementation, communication, and administration of all compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll programs. This person is responsible for building, developing, and leading the teams that drive these programs, and will be influential in shaping business decisions in all areas relevant to Total Rewards.
7+ years; Complete understanding and technical expertise of Compensation & Benefit Programs; Ability to serve as strategic business partner/advisor to senior executives, business leaders and other key stakeholders; Pedroven experience managing a team.
