We are in search of someone who will be responsible for creating and executing an industry-leading and innovative Total Rewards function in support of the overall business plan and direction of the organization.

This role provides leadership and direction related to the strategic design, planning, implementation, communication, and administration of all compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll programs. This person is responsible for building, developing, and leading the teams that drive these programs, and will be influential in shaping business decisions in all areas relevant to Total Rewards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and monitor effectiveness of company-wide Benefit Plans
  • Design, manage, and implement company-wide Compensation Plans
  • Design, implement, and manage company HRIS systems
  • Oversee all facets of payroll processing and payroll management
  • Partner with Asset HR on implementation and execution of all programs
  • Manage and support vendor relationships for Benefits, 401K, and Payroll programs
  • Develop and monitor Health & Welfare and Payroll budgets


Primary Accountabilities

  • Precise and timely execution of Merit and Bonus Programs within budget
  • Successfully reduce benefit claims YoY
  • Accurate process and completion of all HRIS data
  • Complete and accurate payroll process with less than 1% error
  • Meet end of year H&W and Payroll costs to come in within agreed budget


Position Authority

  • Train others
  • Assign, delegate, and schedule work for others daily and on special projects
  • Approve overtime and/or schedules
  • Evaluate performance and take corrective action
  • Resolve complaints and/or grievances


Education:

  • Master's Degree
  • Certifications/Licenses:
  • CCP and / or CBP preferred


Relevant Experience:

7+ years; Complete understanding and technical expertise of Compensation & Benefit Programs; Ability to serve as strategic business partner/advisor to senior executives, business leaders and other key stakeholders; Pedroven experience managing a team.
