Continue to establish and develop the Hershey Category Management team as the best-in-class indispensable consultative partner – within two key areas within the Albertsons Companies: (1) within Corporate and (2) within each of the 13 divisions. Further develop and elevate relationships with key stakeholders within Albertsons and continue to elevate and drive category strategy, planning, and category management activities.
Develop and direct the execution of analytical and strategic work which result in top-line sales and growth; Support and assist with building the customer plan; Provide timely reporting updates to Albertsons Team and broader Hershey leadership and support through quarterly business reviews; Execute and deliver pre-event planning and enhance post promotional analysis; Maintain accountability for growing profitability and assisting the internal customer sales team with uncovering opportunities;
Position will lead a team of Individual Contributors with responsibility for Category Management activities within Albertson's Companies; Support team members and assist with delivering key projects; Recruit, train, develop and coach individuals for performance in order to develop and maintain a high performance team.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA preferred
Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience; typically, 8+ years progressive professional experience with: 3+ yrs Consumer product sales & strong analytical experience; experience as a Category Consultant and/or key strategic account CSE preferred.
