We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager, Business Transformation to join our team in Irving, Texas.

This role will be responsible for:

The automotive lending space is rapidly changing toward digital customer centric solutions.  This position is a key innovation driver within Nissan Motor Acceptance’s (NMAC) technology roadmap to become a digital captive finance leader.  As the leader of NMAC’s Business Transformation group, the position balances delivering immediate results within current systems and platforms while cross-functionally building an innovation strategy to maximize NMAC’s capabilities in a changing industry. 

Job functions include but are not limited to:

Future Innovation: 

Directly lead cross-functional teams and projects to identify, study and execute Fintech solutions. 

Deliverables include, but not limited to:

  • Actively attend and collaborate within industry forums and groups to identify industry trends and opportunity solutions.
  • Champion and expand use of NMAC’s SalesForce platform to enhance customer experiences and maximize use of digital communications and automatic payments.
  • Lead NMAC’s Customer Journey initiative work streams in eCommerce and Salesforce customer portal registration. 
  • Integrate NMAC’s current customer and dealer focused eCommerce projects into a unified solution delivering seamless and similar payment quotes across all interfaces.
  • Develop and launch NMAC’s dealer calculator eCommerce solution delivering dealer 24-hour self-service support.
  • Collaborate with Nissan IS and the supplier to deliver a new CMS supporting future Fintech and mobility trends.
  • Identify and execute DMS and DealerTrack integration solutions delivering full dealer eContracting capability.

Current Systems: 

Lead the Business Transformation team operating between NMAC business departments, Nissan IS and technology suppliers to administer and enhance current systems. 

Deliverables include, but not limited to:

  • Ongoing systems lifecycle and strategy meetings to identify business use cases and resulting systems enhancements.
  • Collaborative systems architecture studies with Nissan IS and suppliers to ensure core systems support for new innovation projects.
  • Core systems and project meetings with Nissan legal and compliance functions to ensure alignment with all required guidelines.
  • Current core systems supported include Fiserv LOS, DealerTrack, credit bureaus, fraud data providers, SalesForce platform (Consumer, Marketing and Service Clouds), Sword Apak WFS and FICO Debt Manager.
  • Future systems include a new CMS and CRM.

Change Management: 

Champion innovation and value-added change management across NMAC including department leadership and the Executive Operating Committee.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required.  A Master’s degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Ten (10) or more years of directly related professional level sales finance or lending experience with a focus on innovating business systems.
  • Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in sales finance or lending functions.Demonstrated knowledge all aspects of finance operations from origination to collections.
