Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Responsible for ensuring effective benefits operation controls are in place globally. Leading, planning, coordination, resourcing, execution and resolution of Controls and Compliance activities at a global, regional, and local level.
Provides subject matter expertise in risks, controls and comprehensive programs to evaluate adequacy of internal controls and internal control environment.
Coordinates the process (SOX) narrative update/review/certification
Influencing regional prioritization to ensure risks are actively monitored and controlled

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

5-10 years of Benefits Administration and/or operational risk management experience
University/Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English

Work Focus

Reducing risks across the global Benefits Administration landscape.

Communication Focus

Strong relationship and negotiation skills necessary to help identify risks and create mitigation plans and implement control changes.
Working with automation teams to create digital solutions to improve quality/accuracy of administration
External/Internal audit support for Benefits operations teams
