- Responsible for ensuring effective benefits operation controls are in place globally. Leading, planning, coordination, resourcing, execution and resolution of Controls and Compliance activities at a global, regional, and local level.
- Provides subject matter expertise in risks, controls and comprehensive programs to evaluate adequacy of internal controls and internal control environment.
- Coordinates the process (SOX) narrative update/review/certification
- Influencing regional prioritization to ensure risks are actively monitored and controlled

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
- 5-10 years of Benefits Administration and/or operational risk management experience
- University/Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
Work Focus
Reducing risks across the global Benefits Administration landscape.
Communication Focus
- Strong relationship and negotiation skills necessary to help identify risks and create mitigation plans and implement control changes.
- Working with automation teams to create digital solutions to improve quality/accuracy of administration
- External/Internal audit support for Benefits operations teams
