Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Area General to oversee Ardent hospitals in Tyler, Texas. This role serves as a trusted advisor focused on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food service management, financial performance oversight, talent development, and fostering strong client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance;
  • achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals;
  • manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • oversee all food and nutrition and environmental services day-to-day operations.
