The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food service management, financial performance oversight, talent development, and fostering strong client partnerships.
What You'll Do- direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance;
- achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals;
- manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- oversee all food and nutrition and environmental services day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
