Your tasks and responsibilities

Bayer U.S. LLCseeks a Senior Management Analyst, Strategy to work in Whippany, NJ, to help the division conduct organizational assessments and evaluations, prepare operational analyses to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively, and facilitate strategic planning processes.

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Management Analyst, Strategy, are to: 

  • document findings of business assessments and prepare recommendations for the implementation of a regional growth strategy plan and organizational changes; 
  • analyze data gathered through evaluations or interviews and develop solutions in line with the organization’s strategy; 
  • plan evaluations on costs, growth and profitability across business units;
  • develop a strategic planning process and adhere to key timings and deliverables; and 
  • supervise junior members who focus on tracking and reporting against the business strategic objectives.

  • MBA plus eight (8) years of experience in a related position.

  • At least four (4) years of experience must be in a strategic planning/analysis or management consulting position.

  • Strategic analysis in a decision-making context; 

  • Ownership of projects including scope, team management, deliverables, and global stakeholder relationships; 

  • Working in white space and delivering solutions with limited information; 

  • Strategy, brand management, finance; 

  • Preparing and delivering strategic workshops; 

  • CPG marketing and sales planning processes;  

  • Leading and developing effective quantitative assessments and presenting recommendations; 

  • Using critical strategic thinking skills and project management proficiency to lead teams through complex problem solving; and 

  • Working and communicating with senior leadership and multi-functional team members locally and globally.

  • Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally to various unanticipated employer, client, and otherlocations up to 25%.
