We are currently retained by one of the most prestigious, entrepreneurial, best-in-class owners/developers of mixed-use real estate in the DC metro area in their search for a strong, high-potential senior-level construction project manager. For the past 20 years, the company has focused on value creation across all asset classes including office, multi-family, retail, hotel, and land held for development. Since its inception, the company has completed over $4.7 billion of transactions in the DC area, achieving exceptional returns. They have an outstanding portfolio of impressive projects currently under development and in the pipeline, including the largest mixed-use project in the history of Northern Virginia. The executive management team is widely recognized within the industry for being strategic, innovative and entrepreneurial with a company culture that is positive and team-oriented. 


In this newly created, critical position for the company, this person will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Construction, who is an outstanding mentor and has an excellent reputation in the marketplace. They are looking for a smart, high-potential construction professional to oversee the daily management of multiple, complex commercial office projects, one of which will be a significant, premiere trophy office building upon completion. This person will be responsible for a variety of project management tasks, including; ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within established budgets; supervision and oversight of general contractors, design consultants and development partners; managing overall risks associated with the projects. This is a unique position that offers exposure to the executive management team while having autonomy over some of the most prominent projects in the DC metro area. 


  • Bachelor?s degree in construction management, engineering or architecturerequired. 
  • Minimum 5years of relevant, ground-up constructionexperience on commercial office, multi-family residential and/or retail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, informal, fluid environment with changing priorities and minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: Excellent compensation package including salary and bonus.
