About the role.

Our team is passionate about designing meaningful experiences that challenge learners to get hands on with the learning process. We believe in developing life skills that extend beyond the workplace and empower people to do more than they thought possible. The purpose of the role is to push the boundaries of traditional training models and create interactive and fun learning experiences.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Work with cross-functional teams to collaboratively launch company wide initiatives
• Engagement with internal stakeholders to scope learning opportunities that will push the business forward
• Application your knowledge of learning design to instructor-led, eLearning, and learner-led modalities
• Design and develop cutting edge learning experiences that meet the needs of now and are scalable to accommodate different geographies, environments, and audiences
• Quick collaboration, iteration, and execution of revenue and non-revenue driving initiatives
• The meticulous end-to-end management of multiple projects at one time
• Stepping outside of the traditional learning design box and take risks in order to further engage your audience

About you.

We are looking for someone who has a thirst for learning and an obsession with creating the best learning experiences on earth. Someone who goes beyond responding to symptoms and instead identifies and addresses the root causes behind them. All with a collaborative spirit and a profound sense of craftsmanship.

You’re a good fit for this role if you have:

• 5-8 years experience in learning experience design
• Proficiency in instructor-led and eLearning design; familiarity with Articulate 360 is a plus
• Expertise working in a fast-paced startup environment where you display your passion for solving problems while being resourceful
• A proven track record of strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, which push cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional methodologies

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in multimedia, UX, and graphic design
• Fluent in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and agile methodologies
• Experience with engagement strategies, such as: gamification, AR, fostering online communities, and keeping learners accountable in remote and blended learning programs
