Calendly is looking for a customer-centric Senior Knowledge Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team. In this role, you will have significant customer and employee impact. You'll have an opportunity to build a knowledge strategy for how Calendly uses help content and knowledge resources to educate and empower our CX team and our customers. You will also get to work with Product, Marketing, Sales and CX to aggregate content to help drive strategic goals.
