Job Description

Calendly is looking for a customer-centric Senior Knowledge Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team. In this role, you will have significant customer and employee impact. You'll have an opportunity to build a knowledge strategy for how Calendly uses help content and knowledge resources to educate and empower our CX team and our customers. You will also get to work with Product, Marketing, Sales and CX to aggregate content to help drive strategic goals.

Some challenges you'll get to tackle:

  • Work with key business partners in CX, Product, Sales and Marketing to set and execute a CX Knowledge Management Strategy as the team expands and scales
  • Maintain and own a CX Help Center / Knowledge base
  • Mentor and coach specialists who build content and knowledge resources for training purposes
  • Develop a CX education plan, content and resources to continue to grow the knowledge of Product Specialists and Success Managers
