As a Senior Internal Communication Strategist, you are the support system behind Liquid’s thinking and process. What does this mean? It means your role is pivotal to any and all strategy engagements. You support the development of the strategy team’s point of view and framing of the challenge at-hand and potential solutions. You will help uncover and articulate fresh and inspiring insights that drive compelling brand strategies. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing disparate research streams to find common themes or data points that don’t seem to fit, participating in synthesizing workshop outputs, and supporting the development of strategic deliverables. Your job is to uncover the client strategy needs and lead the strategy team to develop the strategies required to solve the client need.
What we are looking for...You have relevant education and experience in the realm of communication, creative strategy, and/or research. You are a curious about things and willing to ask questions about why things are what they are while being able to tell the difference between what’s important and not. You are a creative problem solver and proactively see what needs to be done and figure out a way to address it. You believe in the power of engaging brands, can tell a story, and want to be catalyst behind big ideas. You have experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and can utilize data to inform concepts and ideas. You are a natural collaborator who plays well with others, a critical thinker who sees beyond the obvious. You are confident in your analytical and critical thinking skills with understanding of brand strategy. You ask questions first before offering solutions, you’re enthusiastic about our thinking and process and you can’t wait to make an impact in your burgeoning career.
