Summary: As a Senior Internal Auditor for Parkview Health, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, as well as learn about the entire Parkview Health system, through a variety of audit assurance activities and consulting projects. You will also have the opportunity to join a risk-based, high caliber Internal Audit Function, covering Financial, Operational, Clinical, Compliance, IT and Strategic reviews. Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Experience: Five years of audit experience. Experience in healthcare is desirable.

Internal Audit Knowledge Demonstrated ability to assess risks, design and implement corrective actions plans, and to monitor business-focused policies, procedures and processes. Demonstrated ability to communicate recommendations to leaders and co-workers at an appropriate level and in a collaborative manner. Ability to perform assigned duties based on the Internal Audit annual risk-based audit plan to test and recommend improvements for Parkview Health departments, programs, vendors and services. Demonstrated ability to document, assess and test systems of internal controls. Extensive experience with GAAP, GAAS, and IIA standards; general accounting and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to assist the organization in managing risk within acceptable parameters.
