Position Summary

The Senior Program Operations Manager is a critical supporter of program management across the global marketing organization.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize various marketing campaigns and initiatives across theCreative & Brand, Product Marketers, Marketing Operations, Demand Gen and Event Marketers that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth globally.

Aligning teams, workflows, resources and budget, this role will support and evangelize standard operating procedures for integrated program planning, prioritization, management, execution, and communication.

This is an individual contributor role and reports to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key marketing processes, workflows, and program requirements.
  • Manage DocuSign's internal global marketing calendar of campaigns, programs, and events within Percolate.
  • Build and maintain marketing process into Program Management tool, Percolate
  • Onboard and train internal teams on Percolate and the campaign processes.
  • Work with various cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and share best practices, playbooks, and guides for scaling high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Standardize workflow processes for campaigns and programs by identifying requirements, dependencies and work back schedules to manage to deadlines.
  • Ability to balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 8+ years' experience in BtoB campaign and program management.
  • Project management experience with multiple complex stakeholder groups at multiple levels of Marketing.
  • Experience with project management applications, marketing calendars or marketing resource management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High EQ and strong relationship builder with marketing, sales, customer, and product functions.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills
